I have been drawing baseball players lately. I’m not sure why.
It’s like the Alupen in that it has a conducive rubber tip but it fits over your pen or sharpie. I received the Alupen as a gift this past Christmas. I generally like it and used it for many Adobe Ideas notes. The rubberized tip has a notable drag on the screen compared to a finger though. It works best if you draw lightly across the screen but conceptually that is difficult for me – it’s supposed to mimic a pen/pencil/marker and I push down hard on those.
It would otherwise be a perfect drawing tool for the iPad, I love the chunkyness and agree with Marco Arment that it is the right size stylus for an iPad.
Replace the cap on your favorite pen, turn it into a touchscreen stylus. Continue to use the pen. Best of both worlds. $15,000 and climbing.
