Reusable houndstooth coffee cup sleeve, available on Etsy, via i-peach-feng-shui. I love seeing things being made as reusable products that I had never even considered before. Human ingenuity and all that.
When I painted our monolithic chalkboard wall in our kitchen I was under the impression that dry erase markers were toxic. It turns out they were but these days are non–toxic.
Better than that, these whiteboard markers from AusPen are not only non–toxic but they are refillable. A whole kit (6 markers of various colors and 6 refills) will run you $70… but each marker can be refilled 40 times before another refill is necessary.
Fluff piece recounting Obama’s trip to MIT last week.
I’m proud to be an MIT Employee and American today. Watch the whole speech. It’s great and funny, though he stumbled a little. It’s terrific to have a President who doesn’t act (?) retarded.
My favorite parts of his speech was probably when he said the phrases “What’s up with that?” and “In The House.”
