My hometown.
Before yesterday I had one pair of shorts and two pairs of jeans to get me through the summerº. I needed some clothing and since we’re going to be roughing it — staying in a vacation condo with no laundry (gasp!) — I decided to get some lightweight, breathable, pants that would dry easily.
I ended up picking Patagonia’s Continental Shorts ($65) and Borderless Trek Zip–Off Pants ($85) as well as the Touring Cargo Shorts ($50) from EMS. The Zip–Off pants will be terrific for hiking in on the inner island of Kauai while also doubling as another pair of shorts too. All three roll up into tiny bundles, making packing a breeze.
º Technically I do have more than that but the past year saw me gaining back 10 of the 35 lbs I lost, so I am a little big for my existing britches.

I wish there were more items like this in the realm of mens footwear.

Crazy Canvas / Wool Boots
Seriously: if you know anything about these crazy boots, tell me. They’re kind of hideous, kind of amazing, and I’m dying to know what they’re for.
These would have been 1000% more satisfying if they had the images of the actors in the film.
That Autumn Look has to be one of the most Autumnal outfits ever. I could easily imagine wearing all this stuff while the leaves turn.
