iPhone apps I’d love to use as they are on the...
With the iPad announcement that iPhone apps will work immediately I got thinking about which apps I’d love to use as-is on an iPad: WriteRoom and presumably Taskpaper when it’s out Beatmaker – giant drum pad sampler! SunVox Jasuto – processing speeds will greatly enhance my enjoyment of this app Bleep!Box - a real size virtual drum machine! That said, if I own and iPhone and an iPad I’d...

Isn't it ironic..
I don’t think it’s ironic at all. Democrats requested an adjustment to the Senator appointment process that seems more fair than it was. A truly balanced approach will be beneficial or harmful to either party. dihard: Isn’t it a little ironic that the same law that the Democrats changed in 2004 is what lost them the Massachusetts Senate seat in such a dire time? (The Democrats, fearing Mitt...

Pen v keyboard v Newton v Graffiti v Treo v iPhone... →
Quality of what you write, not quantity. minimalmac: For some time I’ve been meaning to test my small collection of PDA/smartphone gadgets to see which of their methods of input was quickest. The iPhone’s software keyboard? The Newton’s handwriting recognition? Palm’s Graffiti? With the possible imminent arrival of a tablet from Apple that will save the world, it seemed a good time to get round...

Larry Lessig on Obama’s first year in office. In short: regardless of your political affiliations and ideals money has corrupted the United States government, let’s group up and get publicly funded elections in place and stop the corporations from controlling our government. via marco Did I mention I want to have all of Larry Lessig’s babies?

ioLibrary Being Removed !!! →
WHAT? Amidio (makers of Noise.io, Hexatone, and other iPhone music apps) have to remove ioLibrary from their apps. The feature allows a user to share music and data files between any application with ioLibrary without the need for a desktop computer. WHY? Apparently they were using iPhone space that Apple wants reserved for something else. WHO CARES? It’s really cool to make electronic music...

Sync iCal tasks to your iPhone with these apps →
I downloaded 2Do yesterday and have had numerous issues getting the sync to work reliably. It works, then it doesn’t many, many times in a row. Cue hellacious MobileMe calendar conflicts. Resolve. Syncs. Then doesn’t, many, many, times in a row. Bandar, one of the 2Do creators replied to my whining on Twitter, recommending to do the old uninstall and reinstall via iTunes trick. I’ll try it but...

I’m following so many people on Tumblr that it takes too long to go through the new posts (which I do ~3 times a day). I’m really bummed, I love following all of you, but I have to think about making some edits.
